A. You wish to return or exchange an item that does not suit you.

Check that you are within the 14-day period. Do not remove the tags, they must be attached in the same way as when you received the products. The item must be in its original packaging. The item must not have been worn or washed. If everything is in order, contact us via the contact form on this page.

You will receive a return form, fill it out and put it in your package.

However, this form can also be downloaded from your customer area.

If you do not have a printer, do not panic, copy everything that is on the return form, and insert the sheet of paper in your package.

However, make sure you have not forgotten anything, so:

The order number. The names of the items returned. What you wish for (refund, voucher, exchange). Then, send the product back to the address indicated on the return form, be aware that this return is at your expense.

Finally, upon receipt of the item, it will be examined and according to your request, it will be exchanged or refunded.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that have not been requested or made within the announced deadlines and returns that contain products that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

Once the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email stating that you have been refunded.

In the case where you requested an exchange, you will also receive a confirmation email and a new tracking number.

Fill out the contact form by attaching photos of the product. These must show the product in its entirety, then its defects. Never clean or wash an item, even if it has a stain, regardless of its defect, please inform us before doing anything at this level, under penalty that your return may not be accepted. Your request will be processed within 48 hours. You will have the choice between a refund, a voucher, or an exchange. Your satisfaction is our greatest goal.
